Elizabeth U. Murphy:   I am a small-animal veterinarian and former Physician Assistant who has practiced for the past 14 years at the innovative and progressive Broad Ripple Animal Clinic in Indianapolis, Indiana. Aided by my experience in human medicine, I use many of the strategies commonly used in human medicine, gerontology and occupational therapy to help my veterinary patients age slowly and age well. I am a 1997 graduate of Cornell University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and a 1987 graduate of Duke University’s Physician Assistant Program.  I am also an animal portraitist, and my artwork may be viewed on my website at:  http://www.artisticbuzz.com.  I live with my husband, Mark Kesling, the creator of the DaVinci Pursuit (www.thedavincipursuit.com), four active dogs and two inactive cats.
